Application Steps
Prepare
The hair must be fully ready to accept keratin. After color services or clarifying treatments, shampoo with Preparatory Cleanse. Do not condition. Any coating on the hair will inhibit proper uptake of the keratin.
Apply
On towel-dried, slightly damp hair, apply Keratin Infuse beginning approximately ¼ inch away from the scalp and working through the ends. Use a bowl and brush or applicator bottle. Comb repeatedly to ensure even distribution and a consistent sheen throughout the hair.
Process
Allow the treatment to process at room temperature for 20 minutes. For resistant hair types or deeper penetration, process under infrared lamps or extend processing time up to 30 minutes. For porosity or compromised hair, lightly mist with Keratin Extend prior to applying Infuse to enhance absorption.
Style
After processing, blow-dry with a round brush at approximately 180-200 °F. Work in sections equal to the diameter of the brush. Use smooth, controlled passes with medium to high tension to create a polished finish with natural movement and volume.
